A Podcast for the Laity of Acadiana
“Kingdom of Priests” may sound like an odd title for the laity, but it comes straight from the Word of God! From Exodus (19:6) to Revelation (1:6; 5:10), we see the people of God referred to as a kingdom of priests. They are to be a people of royalty because they can communicate with the Divine. God’s faithful offer the sacrifices of their own lives, their daily struggles and joys, and their own bodies to God as spiritual worship (Romans 12:1-2). This podcast uncovers the secret sainthood hidden by God within our own Acadiana. Reed Streva and Jude Lecompte are passionate about the holiness of God’s people. Together with Fr. John Joseph, their mission in this podcast is to pull back the veil on lay holiness so as to show the sanctity of the secular.
